You are jointly responsible for organizing the daily office routine
Your diverse range of tasks includes processing mail, inquiries by phone and email, and ordering
You support in correspondence with customers, business partners, and employees as well as in fleet management up to coordinating travel and appointments
The personal reception of visitors, including hospitality, also falls within your area of responsibility

Successful completion of school and a high willingness to learn
Accuracy, reliability and a sense of responsibility
Open personality and a friendly, confident manner
Ability to work in a team and organizational skills
Good communication skills, both verbal and written
Very good written and spoken German and knowledge of English
