As a Senior Brand Designer (m/f/d) in our Brand Communication Department, you will actively develop the Anexia brand and be an integral part of the creative team that combines brand strategy, design, words and media expertise. Do you know what constitutes a contemporary CI and CD in the digital world and at the same time appreciate the feel of high-quality printed materials? Then you've come to the right place. Creative ownership: You will accompany projects from the first draft to the final export.
Brand evolution: You will further develop the corporate design and ensure consistency across different digital and analogue touchpoints.
Information strategy: You will make creative decisions and work closely with other disciplines to ensure that design always has a function.
Creative balance: You appreciate the alternation between intensive design sprints and manageable routine design work.
Trend scouting: You have an eye for what might be around the corner and a feel for communication codes in today's world.
Tools Love: You are at the forefront when it comes to modernising your workflow so that you have more time for essential design steps.
Design Thinking: You share our approach that interaction is an attitude for courageously tackling complex issues and finding solutions.

Several years of experience as a lead designer
Love for Figma, Adobe and Frontify
Passion for the blank artboard that marks the beginning of every project
Enjoyment in creating touchpoints that can be seen and felt
Interest in technical implementation, from programming to print coordination
Talent for coordinating parallel design tasks and team tasks
Good time management and accurate and precise working methods
Enjoyment of details that convey that certain something
Team spirit, expertise, quality standards
Very good knowledge of German and English
