SENIOR SOFTWARE ENGINEER CLOUD SERVICES - MANAGED DNS (M/W/D)

You have the claim and the will to constantly expand your knowledge and familiarize yourself with new topics and tasks. You already have experience in developing interconnected services, see complex problems as a challenge, and enjoy finding solutions. Then you are in the right place in the Anexia Service Development Team.

#Profile

In this role you become an active part of our DNS service team and help our team become better by contributing excellent code to a service that provides our customers a rock-solid foundation for their businesses.
The service you are working on is a set of multiple components distributed over multiple datacenters and continents and you are aware of the criticality this service has for our customer's businesses.

Being part of a small team of like-minded engineers you take ownership of parts of the service stack.
On a typical working day you implement features and improvements independently, debug issues, provide your insights during code reviews and conduct technical planning supporting the technical leadership.
You bring your skills to the table when another team member is stuck and lend a helping hand when needed.

#Wanted

Good working skills in software development in either Python or Go
Skills in developing and maintaining RESTful APIs
Experience in automated software deployments, Ansible skills are a plus
Basic understanding of DNS
Strong working skills in GNU/Linux and a deep understanding of how the operating system, system services and the network play together
