After comprehensive training, you will support the team in placing orders for software and hardware (laptops, network equipment, servers/storage, etc.)
Supplier selection: Evaluation as well as requesting and evaluating offers
Negotiating prices and conditions and finalizing purchasing specifications including invoice control
Handling of complaints and warranty claims
Documentation and master data management

#Wanted

Completed business or technical training (apprenticeship, high school diploma, HAK)
First professional experience is an advantage
IT affinity and interest in modern technologies
Enjoy communicating with various stakeholders and departments (colleagues, suppliers, consultants, engineers)
Quality awareness, accuracy and independent working style
Professional demeanor and strong communication skills
Excellent written and spoken German and English skills
