TEAM LEAD KUBERNETES (M/W/D)

You consider yourself a people manager with a hands-on mentality? In addition to your passion for developing high-quality services, you enjoy leading and developing teams? You understand Kubernetes as a platform for infrastructure automation? Then you've come to the right place!

#Profile

Leadership of a growing team of up to six remote team members in the Kubernetes environment
Coaching and motivating team members while ensuring their future-oriented personal and professional development in line with existing guidelines and processes
Contributing to the further development of the department in close coordination with the Director of Service Development
Development of a Kubernetes-as-a-Service platform for Anexia customers, including the provision, management, and operation of Kubernetes clusters
Utilization of CI/CD pipelines (primarily GitLab) in a GitOps workflow based on Flux
Further development of the managed Kubernetes service
Writing Kubernetes controllers (e.g., for automating control planes of customer clusters)

#Wanted

Completed technical education (TU, FH, HTL)
Leadership experience, ideally both disciplinary and technical, as well as in a comparable corporate environment
Experience with Go and Kubernetes
Linux knowledge and understanding of the interaction between networks, server applications, and distributed systems
Experience with Terraform and Ansible is desirable
Very good German and English skills, both spoken and written
