#Profile

After a comprehensive induction phase, you will be responsible for the areas of Business Intelligence and analytical controlling
You create budgets for all company departments and are responsible for the corresponding reporting
You develop key performance indicators, analyses, visualizations, and dashboards to support strategic and operational questions, in close collaboration with the management team
You identify opportunities for process optimization and actively participate in the further development of our reporting
You work closely with different departments and collaborate side by side with the finance and data science team

#Wanted

Completed education in mathematics, statistics, and/or business administration
Experience in data preparation and statistical analysis
Very good analytical skills, high quality awareness, and teamwork
Experience in accounting is advantageous
Experience with Metabase or similar BI tools is advantageous
Experience in handling databases such as MySQL or PostgreSQL is advantageous
Experience with Python or R, as well as very good knowledge of MS Excel, is advantageous
Communicative personality, open mindset, and hands-on mentality
Very good German and English language skills in both spoken and written
