You enjoy implementing HR topics independently, take responsibility and work in a solution-oriented manner. You are an outgoing and communicative person and understand the importance of regular exchange with stakeholders and employees.

#Profile

Contact person for managers and employees in all HR development matters
Establishment of the HR development process and responsibility for all Learning & Development projects for the entire Anexia Group
Planning, implementation, evaluation, and support of all internal and external training and development measures
Establishment of a modern learning platform considering future-oriented competencies and skills
Independent, proactive implementation of organizational and HR development projects as well as organization and support of conferences and events
Ongoing maintenance and further development of the qualifications matrix including role descriptions
Preparation of HR development-related key figures and reports

#Wanted

Completed studies, ideally with a focus on HR
Professional experience in personnel and organizational development
Independent and responsible way of working
Strong communication skills, team player, and organizational talent
Low willingness to travel (mainly within Austria)
Knowledge of digital tools and IT affinity is an advantage
Very good German and good English skills in spoken and written form
