ACCOUNT MANAGER - SOFTWARE DEVELOPMENT (M/W/D)

Klagenfurt, Vienna, Graz, Karlsruhe, Remote | part time

You bring a high IT affinity, you enjoy interacting with people and have a keen sense of customer needs. You are a team player, have an outstanding communicative personality and you are highly service-oriented. Then Anexia is the right place for you.

#Profile

In this position, your focus will be on supporting existing customers and professionally processing incoming inquiries in the area of individual software development. Together with our presales team, you will convert customer requirements into suitable offers. You will be supported by colleagues from different departments, such as software developers, project managers and technical support.

Together with the presales team, you will take care of our customers' business development. Correspondence and database management (CRM), creating offers, monitoring tender platforms, order entry and processing are also part of your responsibilities.

#Wanted

Experience in supporting new and existing customers in the field of individual software development
Strong communication and presentation skills, as well as assertiveness
Proactive identification of new business opportunities and potential with existing customers
Basic understanding of software development and the ability to explain technical concepts
Professional experience in software sales or software environment is an advantage
Strong customer focus
Very good knowledge of German is a must, good knowledge of English is an advantage
Willingness to travel: occasional business trips are required
Independent and structured way of working as well as ability to work in a team, motivation, initiative and self-interest
