INTERNAL COMMUNICATION MANAGER (M/W/D)

In this role, you will shape our internal communications across all levels – from strategic core messages to content that truly resonates with our employees. If you are motivated to actively drive communication forward, continuously develop it and use it effectively, you are exactly the right fit for us.

#Profile

Actively shaping and futher developing corporate communications - from strategic direction to hands-on execution
Providing communications support for change, transformation and cultural initiatives
Modern storytelling around strategy, culture, achievements and the people at Anexia, as well as developing authentic content for our community
Advising leaders on the definition and management of key communication messages
Managing, maintaining and continuously improving internal communication channels such as newsletters and the intranet
Conceptualizing and producing content across various formats including text, visuals and video

#Wanted

A degree in communication, marketing, media studies or a comparable qualification is an advantage
Professional experience in corporate communications, ideally with an agency background or in a similarly dynamic environment
You speak the language of the tech audience and reach them through the right channels
You have a strong instinct for modern communication and know how to apply current formats and trends effectively
With a high level of social competence, you communicate confidently and appropriately across all levels – from top management to specialist teams
You work independently and proactively, with the energy and enthusiasm to drive creative ideas forward in a structured way
Very good written and spoken German and English
