Do you have the talent and ability to formulate and present complex content in a way that resonates with your audience, and do you enjoy writing? Then you’ve come to the right place.

#Profile

Creating, maintaining, and optimizing documentation for the netcup Help Center
Writing content tailored to specific audiences (German & English) with a clear focus on clarity and added value
Independently gathering and compiling all relevant information to ensure high-quality documentation
Maintaining and refining terminology within the documentation
Conducting proofreading and quality assurance measures
Graphical presentation of content, as well as the creation and integration of screenshots and graphics
Assisting with communication training or conducting it independently

#Wanted

Completed technical qualification (technical college or university) or relevant experience in technical writing preferable
Very good knowledge of English and German (Impeccable spelling and grammar and a highly skilled writing style are required)
Independent, structured, and precise approach to working
Strong communication and team skills
IT affinity and a generally good technical understanding
Experience with documentation tools and CMS (such as Confluence and Strapi) is a plus
Experience with JIRA and Confluence is a plus
