You have an excellent sense for customer needs and are able to quickly identify them and find efficient solutions. Through your technical expertise, communication skills, customer orientation, and project management abilities, you build strong and trusting relationships with our customers.

  • You are in regular contact with our customers, identify potential challenges early on, and proactively offer solutions
  • You identify potentials (business needs) and proactively present them to our customers
  • You actively gather feedback and derive recommendations from it
  • Working closely with our IT experts and the sales department

  • Several years of relevant professional experience in Customer Success Management or in a similar position

  • Solid expertise in IT

  • Independent and reliable work ethic and a high level of initiative

  • Strong customer and service orientation

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Excellent German and English language skills (both verbal and written)
